Introductions!

Welcome!  

My name is Linkesh Diwan.   Right now I'm doing my M.Sc. Thesis, working on two projects, and running this competition.  :)  I'm a mechanical engineering graduate, with a flair for (but little skills at) programming.  I used python during my Bachelor's project to analyse aerofoil profiles, so that I could design a stall-controlled wind turbine.

I'll also be a moderator on these forums.  I hope that the CrisisCommunicator will generate serious interest, and will take off as an open source project!  I've put 100s of hours into this already.  If I only knew how to code, I would do that too!
