Why do you use Python?
Python has a number of advantages, which is probably why the Sahana Eden project was built in python as well. If you use python, we're sure you agree. If you use Ruby-on-rails or some other language, here's a great reason to learn Python!
More seriously, Python as a language and a collection of tools is most suited to our task.
